1.Parcel Maps:
These parcel maps provide the general information. They show the general boundaries of properties within Pasco County as under the jurisdiction of the Pasco County Property Appraiser and also show the relationship of the properties to the roads, streams, other water bodies etc.

2.Aerial Photography Maps:
Available at the Pasco County Property Appraiser Office, these maps are real aerial shots of the county property. These photos have been taken from high altitude and have then been reproduced to a specific scale for overall understanding of the county.

So what properties does the Pasco Property Appraiser evaluate and assess?

As per the Pasco Appraiser all real properties – like land, buildings, fixtures and any improvements or modifications to land, are included in real properties. However, according to Florida Statutes 192.001 (12), the terms such as ‘land’, ‘real estate’, and ‘real property’ are all interchangeable and mean the same.
